Girls’ Gymnastics

Grace and Power!

Girls’ Gymnastics at Thunder Gymnastics supports athletes aged 6–16 as they grow in strength, confidence, and skill—without the pressure of competition.

Our programme blends athleticism with artistry, helping each gymnast progress at her own pace in a supportive and encouraging environment. We focus on developing grace, power, and self-esteem, using the Australian Levels Programme as our foundation for skill development and progression.

How the programme works

Structured recreational Artistic Gymnastics using the girls' apparatus pathway and ability-appropriate progressions. Coaches use staged progressions and adapt activities to the participant's current confidence and ability. Safe technique comes before speed or difficulty.

Sessions combine purposeful repetition with variety, so participants can consolidate skills while continuing to enjoy movement and build independence.
