How the programme works
A focused programme for participants who enjoy floor and tumbling skills, taught through staged progressions. Coaches use staged progressions and adapt activities to the participant's current confidence and ability. Safe technique comes before speed or difficulty.
Sessions combine purposeful repetition with variety, so participants can consolidate skills while continuing to enjoy movement and build independence.
