How the programme works

A coached combination of gymnastics, obstacles and freestyle movement with a strong focus on safe jumping and landing. Coaches use staged progressions and adapt activities to the participant's current confidence and ability. Safe technique comes before speed or difficulty.

Sessions combine purposeful repetition with variety, so participants can consolidate skills while continuing to enjoy movement and build independence.

Questions

Before you book

Does the participant need gymnastics experience?

No. Recreational classes begin from the participant's current stage and use clear progressions.

How is age calculated?

Thunder's public cohort labels are the main guide. The iClass portal can use broader administrative eligibility ranges to support placement and transitions.

Can we join mid-term?

Yes, where a suitable class has a place. Fees begin from the participant's starting week.
