Our Home School Gymnastics programme is a unique opportunity for home-schooled children to engage in physical education, social interaction, and skill development. Tailored for all ages and abilities, it’s the perfect blend of learning, fun, and fitness outside the traditional classroom.
Homeschool Gymnastics Programme
At Thunder Gymnastics, we offer two exciting types of gymnastics programmes:
Artistic Gymnastics, featuring all apparatus from MAG (Men’s Artistic Gymnastics) and WAG (Women’s Artistic Gymnastics).
FreeG – Freestyle Gymnastics, which combines elements of parkour, free-running, and creative gymnastics for a dynamic and expressive experience.
Our classes are tailored to suit the unique needs of homeschoolers, using a carousel model for Artistic Gymnastics to provide seamless rotation through apparatus. Both programmes welcome new participants at any term and ensure inclusivity with a curriculum that adapts to each student’s developmental journey.
Primary School | From 5 years old
Our Primary School programme focuses on building foundational gymnastics skills in a fun and supportive environment. Whether students choose Artistic Gymnastics or FreeG, they will develop confidence, coordination, and strength while enjoying an engaging physical education experience.
Middle School | From 10 years old
Middle School students transition from foundational techniques to more advanced skills. Artistic Gymnastics emphasises strength, flexibility, and refinement.
High School | From 12 years old
High School classes are designed for students ready to refine their skills and take their training to the next level. Artistic Gymnastics focuses on mastering advanced techniques, while FreeG introduces complex freestyle elements. These programmes prepare students for competitive pathways or simply foster a lifelong passion for movement.
