Availability is limited and depends on coach and Gymnasium availability. One-on-one coaching is not exclusive Gymnasium hire, so other classes may run at the same time.

A session can target a specific skill, strength, confidence, assessment preparation or extra technical support. The coach adjusts progressions to the gymnast's current level and goals.
