Bring your students to Thunder.
Turn a PE lesson, activity day or school-sport session into a coached gymnastics experience at Thunder Gymnastics, 57 Brook Street, North Toowoomba.
More equipment. More movement options.
A visit to Thunder gives students access to a wider range of gymnastics activities than we can take off-site. We select rotations for the group's age, experience and purpose.
- Floor and tumbling progressions
- Beam and balance activities
- Bars, support and swinging activities where suitable
- Vault-style jumping and landing progressions
- FreeG and obstacle-style movement challenges
- Strength, shapes and body-control activities
A visit can suit
- Primary PE programmes
- Secondary activity or elective groups
- School sport
- Reward or enrichment days
- OSHC and vacation-care groups
- Small groups with a specific movement goal
Large cohorts can rotate through.
Tell us the cohort size
Send the year level, approximate student numbers and preferred date. We use this to plan a practical number of groups and coaches.
Choose a focus
Gymnastics foundations, tumbling, FreeG, school-sport progression or a broad active experience.
We confirm the structure
Your quote confirms the session length, rotations, planned staffing, date and any practical requirements before the visit.
One-off excursion
Useful for PE enrichment, an end-of-unit experience, a reward activity or a special school day.
Recurring visits
For schools wanting progression, we can discuss a short series where each visit builds on the previous session.
Using Sporting Schools funding for sessions at Thunder?
Gymnastics Australia Sporting Schools programmes can be coach-delivered at a local gymnastics club. A standard one-off excursion by itself does not meet the programme's usual minimum four-session structure, so tell us if Sporting Schools funding is involved before the booking is finalised.
- Minimum four-session Sporting Schools programme
- Delivery may be at a school, gymnastics club, or a hybrid
- $180 + GST Gymnastics Australia administration fee is separate from Thunder's delivery quote
