Current-family guide
Practical information for every visit
Arrival, clothing, spectators, absences, make-ups, spotting, photography and account changes in one readable guide.
Arrival & sign-in
Arrive in time to sign in, use the designated viewing areas and let the coach know if something important has changed.
What to wear
Comfortable fitted activewear, bare feet in class, long hair secured and jewellery removed.
Water & breaks
Bring a labelled water bottle. Coaches organise drink/toilet breaks without participants walking through other classes.
Parents & spectators
Please let coaches give the instruction during class. Conflicting parent and coach instructions can confuse participants.
Spotting techniques
Coaches may use spotting techniques to assist activities and should explain before doing so.
Photography
Please photograph only your child. If another parent or staff member asks you to stop, do so straight away.
Absences & make-ups
Notify absences through iClass. Eligible make-up tokens depend on the current policy and suitable class availability.
Finishing enrolment
Give the office the required notice before the participant's final class so charges can stop after cancellation is processed.
Make-up classes
Notify the absence in iClass first. Where the current policy creates a valid token, use the Parent Portal to find an eligible class with space.

What to Wear & Bring
Footwear: No shoes are allowed during classes, but footwear should be worn to and from the gym. Ensure all students have activity-appropriate footwear during class.
Hair: Long hair must be tied back to prevent injuries, avoid getting caught in equipment, or obstructing views. Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face to stay up for the entire workout. Avoid bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activities.
Accessories: No watches, Fitbits, Garmins, or similar devices allowed. Please leave all jewellery at home. Chewing gum and dangling jewellery are prohibited.
Water: Bring a water bottle.
Personal Items: Personal items should be left on the bag holder provided. Please ensure your gymnast's personal items are marked with their name.
Responsibility: The facility's staff will not be responsible for any items that may be lost or stolen. We do have a lost property collection - if you lose an item please check this or ask one of our team members.
These guidelines are designed to ensure safety and comfort for all participants during their activities in the gym.
Spectator Guidelines
Seating: Limited sitting inside the gymnasium; additional chairs outside the gymnasium are available.
Viewing Zones: Parents/guardians must remain in designated viewing areas.
Equipment Safety: No non-gymnasts (including siblings) on any apparatus—ever.

Re-enrolment
Classes automatically roll over each term. If you do not plan to return, you must notify the office at least 2 weeks before your final class—this frees up your spot for another gymnast.
A 2-week notice is required to end billing. Until we receive your notice, you remain liable for all fees, regardless of attendance.
Once cancellation is processed, no further charges will apply; however, any outstanding balance will still be due.
Missed Sessions & Make-Up Tokens
We’ll do our best to accommodate make-up classes whenever possible.
Make-up tokens are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may only be redeemed for make-up classes. Tokens aren’t restricted to your original class type – they can be used in any eligible age-range class. For example, a gymnast enrolled in the U7/8 class could use a make-up token to attend a FreeG 6–10 session.
Tokens cannot be exchanged for credit or refunded.
